Molly Niland

Molly Niland died from injuries recieved recieved 14 years earlier when she was a baby.

Her father was convicted of causing grievous bodily harm but when she died in 2019 he was charged with her murder but acquitted.

She was said to have recieved catastrophic non-accidental injuries, including brain bleeding, spinal bleeding and retinal bleeding.

Her father said that he pleased guilty to causing grievous bodily harm because the evidence was stacked up against him and he didn't want to serve too much time in prison, however, at his murder trial he denied harming her.

Her injuries were caused on 19 October 2005.
